Advice for young riders:
Better to spend 10mn on the beach warming up for a good session than 6 months injured out of the water, listen to your body. Watch a lot of videos and spend as much time as you can on the water.

Start riding:
I started skateboarding at 4, windsurfing at 8 and ride everything since then almost everyday of my life.

Wakeboard pro for more than 15 years (cable and boat), now kite surf and surf most of the time and hydrofoil for cruising.

Injuries:
More than 30 sprains but the worst were my shoulder and neck it stopped me to compete for good.

Advice for young riders:
Study beside your riding or create ASAP your own company because when time will come you will need it. Succeed to be pro and leave from it, keep both foot on the ground, stay cool and keep the good spirit and attitude.
